Pastor Wallace's passion is investing into the lives of believers - especially Christian leaders. Through a holistic approach and relationship of nurture and encouragement, he equips and builds them to go after God despite circumstance. His anointing is earmarked by a unique multiplication effect and the ability to unite people from varied ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
As a leading pastor with the Assemblies of God, Pastor Wallace has served the local congregation of Carpenter's Shop International Church in Ahoskie, NC for over 25 years. He has grown it from a single location with 12 white members to multiple locations with multicultural constituents totaling hundreds weekly.
Pastor Wallace is also an executive presbyter of the Assemblies of God, a certified life coach with the Church Multiplication Network, and founder and president of Barnabas21, Inc. – a ministry to those who serve in Christian leadership. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC and Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. He earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Omega Seminary in Monroe, LA.
He is married to Joy Phillips, who is also a credentialed minister. They have three children, Joshua (Cassandra), Abigail (Jeremy), and Zach.
